- Can we upgrade/downgrade between self-hosted and Cloud options?
- Absolutely. Our Cloud plans and interface provide an extra layer of control and organization to help manage flags, but they still work seamlessly with the self-hosted tools. You can start self-hosted and upgrade to Cloud when you're ready or dive right into Cloud out of the gate.
- Does Flipper offer yearly pricing?
- No problem. Just reach out and we'll work something out.
- What's your refund policy?
- We offer a 14-day free trial so you can try out the full experience, but if you subscribe to a paid plan and aren't happy with Flipper in the first 30 days, let us know, and we'll give you a full refund.
- Do you offer discounts for Open Source teams?
- Yes! We love to help out other open source projects, and if you're a contributor to Flipper, we'll hook you up with a free seat.
- Are all seats paid, or are there free seats for billing users?
- Flipper supports inviting users who only have billing access (and cannot view or edit any of the feature flags) at no charge.
- How does support work for Cloudless and Free?
- We fully support and stand by the non-cloud versions. Paid customers always receive priority support, but everyone gets support directly from the developers who built and run Flipper.
